A short German language course aimed at adults, over 50 years of age, who wish to study with their peers in an informal environment and enjoy the chance to practise their German informally at intermediate level in Kitzbühel.

Go hiking – you will be spoilt for choice for hikes in the beautiful mountains around Kitzbühel
Explore by bike – there are several rental companies who can help you see the sights
Visit the Wild Life Park – Deer, Lynx, Wild Cats and Ibex and so much more
Visit the town museum – with exhibits celebrating the history of skiing and the paintings of Alfons Walde
Wander around St Johann Market – Try the St. Johanner sausages, Brodakrapfen (a kind of doughnut) and Austrian Tapas, as well as the fresh produce for which the market is famed
Book a spa session as a treat – there are some great spas on offer in Kitzbühel where you indulge yourself and relax
You will be expected to arrive at the Centre by 09.00 hrs on your first day (Monday).
There are generally just a few students attending on each programme date. We expect 7-10 language students each session.
The programme is best suited to intermediate level students looking for the opportunity to hone their spoken German skills (not suitable for beginner/elementary levels).
Local 2* Pension and 3* Pension accommodation are recommended. Early reservations are required.
There are plenty of alternative Hotel options available in the town, depending on your budget.

We recommend that you fly direct to Munich airport, and then take the train service from the airport to Kitzbühel.
Students are welcome to arrange a private transfer service from either Munich or Salzburg airports.
