Learn German in Kitzbühel: Accommodation

Pension accommodation

Offering single or shared room (for friends or couples) on a Bed and Breakfast basis. The 2* Pension also has self catering facilities (fairly simple kitchen facilities). The 3* Pension prices vary according to the room and season required. Rooms become fully occupied during the Ski season, so early bookings recommended for this period.

Pension Oberhauser

It’s not the biggest or smartest of options but is very friendly and has a great atmosphere. Effectively it is a private house with 3 guest rooms, each with a shower, WC in the corridor; it also has a self-contained apartment.  There is a TV and a fridge in the breakfast room (and in the apartment) for the guest use.  Frau Oberhauser is always very friendly and welcoming to her guests.  She doesn’t speak much English so you have to practise your German even at the breakfast table!  The Pension is also the closest to the school, about a 2 minute walk to the German language school in Kitzbühel.  There is no internet connection though.  The Cafe where students frequently end up for lunch or dinner, is just 5 minutes walk away.

Room options:  (please check with CESA for current prices)

  • Single room with shower and breakfast
  • Double room with shower and breakfast
  • Apartment, breakfast not included

Pension Entstrasser

This is a much bigger house with 40 beds, a swimming pool and sauna, which is slightly further down the road, 4-5 minutes from the German language school.
Every room has an en suite bathroom, a balcony, TV, radio, phone and wireless access to the internet.

Pension Astlinger

Pension Astlinger is a beautiful, newly renovated B&B about 5-7 minutes’ walk from the German language school in Kitzbühel.  Every room has its own, spacious bathroom.  There’s no internet connection for guests in the house.  The Cafe where students often go for lunch or dinner, is a stone’s throw from the Astlinger: http://astlingerhof.ikitz.at
