The classes are well prepared, the teachers are punctual, focused, very patient and encouraging,
They are very skilful at including all the students, which is a difficult task as we have different first languages. Though only a handful of English speakers, which surprised me. The one to one sessions are particularly rewarding as the student is encouraged to discuss their own interests and build up useful vocabulary.
Simone and the office staff are so welcoming, good natured, helpful and efficient.
