Learn Arabic in Rabat: Accommodation

Located in an upscale central neighbourhood of Agdal, student residences are within walking distance of the school, shops, restaurants, gyms, and transportation. Student residence self-catered rooms are offered in single, double, and triple occupancy and include 24×7 security, cleaning 2x/week, WiFi, and breakfast 5 days a week.  The rooms are heated in winter and have air conditioning.

Facilities, single rooms in our carefully-selected host families. We ask our students to respect their family’s cultural beliefs and daily routine, and to follow their requests with regard to meal times, curfews and dress codes. Half board is included.
Most hosts are located walking distance (within 3 kilometres/2 miles, approx 20/30 mins) of the school location.
Host family accommodation includes breakfast and dinner everyday.

Studio apartments offer more autonomy and are ideal for long-term stays and married couples. The accommodation includes breakfast 7 days a week, basic cleaning service 1x per week, and WiFi.​ The studio apartments are located in the downtown neighbourhood of Agdal within walking distance of shops, restaurants, gyms, and transportation.

It is possible, (if you’ve travelled in Morocco before/have good Arabic) to make your own way to Rabat and your accommodation.  If you are a beginner in learning the Arabic language or have never been to Morocco before, please take the college arranged transfer!

School Transfer
We recommend the college arranged transfer for complete beginners of Arabic, but all students are welcome/advised to use this service unless they know Morocco well. Students will be met by arrangement in advance with CESA, from Rabat or Casablanca airports (transfer fee applied). A return transfer can be arranged on request.

Independent Travel
Students generally arrive in Rabat via Casablanca airport or direct at Rabat airport.
A direct coach service operates from Casablanca airport to Rabat and trains leave Casablanca Airport for Rabat every hour (with one train change in Casablanca). Travelling by train is comfortable, cheap and takes an hour and a half.
By taxi: Rabat-Salé Airport is 7 km north east of Rabat, and the only connection to the city is by taxi. Rabat-Sale Airport is 7 km north east of Rabat and the only connection with the city is via Grands Taxis.
