Beginners can study from 4 start dates each year, whilst elementary+ levels can follow a 12 week French language course from any Monday in the beautiful city of Bordeaux.

A French language course of twelve weeks duration, ideal for adult students (aged 17 yrs+) looking to study French in Bordeaux in depth, for maximum impact and progress. These language courses are suitable for all levels, allowing students to develop their language skills in both oral and written French, via long-stay immersion in French language and culture.
Course objectives include the practice of spoken French in communicative situations and a cultural approach to the language, the development of linguistic proficiency (written and oral expression / written and oral comprehension / interpersonal communication) and the use of communicative methods combining individual development and group dynamics (group work, role plays, etc.)

Aimed at those who need to build on current skills or who want to kick start their French language learning from scratch with an immersion course in Bordeaux, France. Course objectives include the practice of spoken French in communicative situations and a cultural approach to the language, the development of linguistic proficiency (written and oral expression / written and oral comprehension / interpersonal communication) and the use of communicative methods combining individual development and group dynamics (group work, role plays, etc.)
The French language school in Bordeaux offers intensive courses, available for all levels, which focus on the 4 key skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing). Students can follow their own pace of learning to suit individual objectives and sign up for however many weeks they wish for. The course structure allows students to learn freely, according to each student’s requirements and availability! Students are taught in groups of 12 students (14 maximum). Students can extend the intensity of the course experience by supplementing the core classes with additional linguistic and cultural studies.

Intensive course objectives include: broadening acquired skills through creative and communicative activities, working with real documents, progressing by carrying out projects

Combine your French studies with a first-hand exploration of the wine and gastronomy of Bordeaux, over 1 or 2 weeks
Discovery sessions are selected from:
• a gourmet walking tour
• a tour of cultural discovery and unusual places
• a French pastry workshop
• a trip to discover the vineyards and wine tasting
The gourmet walking tour
This is a visit to a historic district of Bordeaux to discover the architectural jewels. The course will include different stops with meetings and tastings of specialties.
The cultural discovery of Bordeaux
Bordeaux is the only city in France, and one of the only in the world, to have its entire city-centre protected as UNESCO international heritage. One can easily understand why by visiting this breath-taking city.
Stroll through Bordeaux and discover the heritage and cultural life of Bordeaux.
Visits include: museums, exhibition, unusual sites.
The pastry workshop
The pastry course will teach you the basics of the best French desserts. Supervised by professional pastry chefs, the sweet French specialties will have no secrets for you: macaroons, canelés, white dunes, lemon tart, etc…
At the end of the workshop, you will be able to taste all your achievements.
The excursion to the vineyards
Discover the vineyards of Bordeaux and visit the most famous castles. Wine tastings will be offered by passionate wine experts: winemakers and cellar masters.
