Learn German in Munich: Social Life
All students are encouraged to make the most of their time in Munich by participating in the guided excursions and activities offered by the German language school.
A weekly programme of 3 activities is offered throughout the year, and details are always posted on the notice board at the German school, every Monday. The guided activities are optional. A great sight to see whilst in Munich is the Olympic Tower. The tower stands at the centre of the Olympic Park and offers visitors sweeping views of the city. The Olympic Park itself is quite a tourist attraction. It was the site of the 1972 Olympic Games; you can walk through the lovely park and visit the modern and mesmerizing stadium.
For those of you that like a lively night out, what not try some of the following nightclubs; “Atomic Café”, “Babylon”, “Nachtwerk”, “Soul city” and “Tilt”. You’re sure to dance and have fun long into the early hours of the morning!

There are several great places to eat in Munich, some of the best restaurants are; “Augustiner Keller”, “Chinesischer Turm”, “Hofbrauhaus” and the popular “Max-Emanuel-Brauerei”.
