Students can choose to stay in either local private households with Argentinian hosts (half-board or self-catering), living with Argentinians or other language students. Buenos Aires is a large city and so daily commutes are unavoidable. Students should allow travel times of 20 to 40 minutes each way.
Argentinian Hosts /Private households
- Open to 16 yrs + age group
- Single room accommodation
- Half-board (breakfast and evening meal) or Self-catering
- Bed linen and towels are included (and changed once a week)
The hosts are usually middle to upper-middle class people on a Latin American scale and each host is inspected by the college accommodation officer.
