A short-term Spanish language course in Cadiz aimed at those who want to work on their Spanish but also get out and catch some waves. You can build on your current Spanish skills and learn some surfing techniques at the same time. We recommend the surfing programme for beginners/elementary level surfers, more advanced surfers may prefer to rent a board and kit locally and just enjoy the waves themselves. The Atlantic waves are terrific and make for some memorable rides!

If only 1 or 2 students enrol on a certain level, 10 DELE preparation classes will be adjusted to 5 private or semi-private lessons per week.
The DELE is the official Spanish certificate which accredits competence in the Spanish language. Issued by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry for education, it´s an essential certificate for anyone who wants to live, work or study in Spain.
It’s very intensive and requires a lot of effort from the students (and there are plenty of practise exams to get through). The fundamental objective is to prepare students so that they can pass their exam. However, students can also attend the DELE course without taking the exam simply to ensure they significantly improve their communication skills.
From the different DELE exam levels, students are required to demonstrate that they know how to do things in Spanish, such as (and depending on their level) listen to a conference, take notes and then write a composition, do a presentation or debate the topic in public. During class we practice all these skills. Students also learn a lot of vocabulary passively whilst reading and understanding different Spanish texts and actively during oral and written activities.

DELE exam registration fees are an extra cost, to be paid in Cadiz (not via CESA)
