The Intensive Course is designed for students who want to improve their Spanish quickly and intensively. Building on the course lessons of the Standard Course, and introducing additional work to speed up the learning process. This course suits people who need to improve their Spanish in Madrid quickly and covers the four language skills – oral comprehension and expression, written comprehension and expression.

The additional 5 or 10 lessons focus either on developing conversation skills – placing emphasis on oral comprehension and expression or on cultural context (focusing on Spanish literature, art history or Festivals etc)

This programme is recommended for students of all ages and all Spanish language abilities.

The Spanish Combined courses in Madrid enables students to follow the Spanish Standard course, but then extend their language studies each day with a personal tutor who can address individual areas of interest or concern i.e. prior to academic exams or to improve particular skills for business situations or general conversation. They are generally short term Spanish language courses aimed at students of all language abilities, including beginners and those who wish to build on current skills on a taster course of one week, or a more substantial course of two weeks or longer.

The Intensive Spanish classes aim to develop the four main language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as improve grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. During the additional one-to-one lessons, you will get intensive practice in Spanish and focus on your specific needs.

The D.E.L.E (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera) is an official Spanish exam and diploma supervised and issued by the Istituto Cervantes. It shows the student´s grade of Spanish proficiency and it is recognized all over the world. The DELE exists in six levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) and each level corresponds to the Common European Frameworks.

The SIELE exam is an official Spanish exam and diploma supervised by the Istituto Cervantes. It confirms your current grade of Spanish proficiency and is recognized all over the world. Offered across all language levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) in accordance with the Common European Framework.

Flexible – can be taken any month, and you can select which of the core skills you wish to cover, though most students opt for SIELE Global (S1 to S5 also offered).
Results obtained in 3 weeks – so a very quick exam accreditation option.

Placement and interview support costs/ EUR 250.00 per person (on top of language course/accommodation fees)
This is a combination of 4 to 12 weeks of Intensive Course and 6 to 12 weeks of unpaid work experience in a Spanish company.
Students need an Intermediate level (B1-B2) before starting the work experience. The work experience options are available in marketing, international business, hotels, advertising, administration, law/legal studies, etc., but are NOT available in health/medicine.
Upon receipt of your enrolment, the school will start the work experience placement process. The work experience will take place in a company in Madrid, according to the field, professional background and preferences of the student.

An intensive Spanish course in Madrid, ideal for those who wish to make maximum language progress over a one or two week period. Aimed at adults with specific language needs or students who require some concentrated study prior to academic exams. Most students opt for the One to One private tuition option, however two students of the same ability level i.e two A2 students can attend a Two to One private tuition course, at a reduced per person cost.

It is a popular choice for business and professional people whose time is limited and who may have very specific requirements. Individual tuition is perfect for improving a particular skill or a particular language area, from social Spanish to sales negotiating, report-writing or examination preparation.

One-to-One tuition is completely tailor-made and therefore possible for all language levels, from absolute beginner to pre-bilingual. Through pre-course consultation and an analysis of your needs we design a bespoke course based on your requirements. Materials from your work can be incorporated into the course.
