Learn Spanish in Salamanca: Language Courses

Timetable: 09.00 to 13.00 hrs or 14.00 to 18.00 hrs

A long term Spanish language course ideal for students looking to study Spanish in depth over two or more months for maximum impact and progress. Ideal for Spanish language students of all abilities looking for quality language tuition in the historic and vibrant city of Salamanca. This course covers the core skills required to master the Spanish language, in which students study the grammar, vocabulary and comprehension/oral expression skills corresponding to each level (Beginner to Advanced levels) across a detailed course syllabus and includes spoken skills training to access new knowledge for active incorporation into their own speech.
Daily group lessons consist of 2 lessons focusing on grammatical topics supported by various exercises; studying the correct construction of sentences and structural text work. The additional 2 lessons each day are devoted to conversation skills; including oral and written expression, vocabulary, colloquial phrases, reading and listening comprehension, debates about current events and topic based discussions.
All classes follow a curriculum appropriate to the ability of the students in each group, led by native speaking language teachers.

A short term Spanish language course aimed at those who need to build on their current linguistic skills or who want to learn Spanish from beginner level with an immersion course in Salamanca. As well as giving students a sound grammar and vocabulary base, this course promotes speaking and writing in simulated real-life situations. The Intensive Spanish course builds on the Standard course with additional lessons focuses on cultural Spanish skills, for a more intensive immersion group course in Spanish.
The Intensive Course combines the Standard Course curriculum with 5 or 10 additional lessons focus on one specific topic for one or several weeks; Culture, Literature, Oral Interaction, Inverse Translation, Tourism

Timetable: Morning (or more likely) afternoon classes

An extremely intensive programme, ideal for those who wish to make maximum Spanish language progress over a one, two or more weeks duration, whilst living in Salamanca. Aimed at business people or Spanish language students who need to work on their Spanish for academic or professional reasons, for whom time is of the essence. Students develop the course content based on personal/academic/business requirements or ask their teacher to devise a programme most suited to their needs. All students following private tuition lessons are asked to complete a questionnaire in advance of arrival, so their lessons may be planned accordingly.
