Combined Course
I thought the school in Nice was pretty good. I was only there for oen week of group lessons and 10 individual lessons, but I made a lot of progress which really helped me prepare for the French A Level oral exam. It was the third French language school I have visited and I thought […]

I just wanted to get in touch to say thanks very much. I had a great time in Nice, and learned plenty of French. Thanks Katherine for the support before the course. Great to have someone to turn to, when the nerves kicked in!

Great way to spend a fortnight in the summer. My host couple were lovely and the French lessons went well, and I had the chance to explore Nice and spend afternoons sunbathing on the beach!

Thank you to the team at CESA for Tim’s recent stay. The French classes were a great success. Also could you pass on our thanks to his hostess, who made Tom very comfortable and provided such wonderful food. He really enjoyed his time in her home.

Everything has been perfect! I absolutely loved my homestay and the French school in Nice was beautiful. I feel that I got placed in just the right level, I’ve made some awesome friends, and I love the city. Couldn’t have been happier.

Course… Everything I hoped for and more! Teacher… Jean-Philippe was fabulous!! School… Very good!! Accommodation… Suited my needs perfectly. What did you think of CESA staff in the UK … very helpful!! Any final thoughts you’d like to add? I really appreciated that Jean-Philippe not only explained the proper grammar, but he also explained what […]

Over 50 Course
I wanted to pick up my somewhat rusty French. A’level skills more years ago than I care to remember coupled with regular holidays in France didn’t quite add up to the skill level I once had. So this year I decided to do something about it – a New Year’s Resolution if you will. I […]

Intensive Course
Linguistically I was hoping to improve my written French but also gain more confidence in my speaking. But writing and listening were my main priorities. Generally I was hoping to meet others with the same interest in French and meet other Europeans, not English people! I also hoped all the lessons to be conducted in […]

I wanted concentration mainly on pronunciation, grammar, refinement of the spoken language. I’d already got a good level of French but needed some serious brushing up, to get rid of the rust. Was told by CESA Languages to expect a professional study environment with a laid back atmosphere and students to be of lots of […]

Private Tuition
I’d attended a few private classes in the UK to refresh my somewhat rusty school French and wanted to take the whole thing to a better level. Saw an advert in the newspaper and decided to try a course abroad – whole new concept to me, so had no idea what to expect really. I […]

I thought it was going to be really hard to understand what was going on, I was unsure how the teachers would be able to teach grammar if they only spoke French. I was pretty unsure it wouldn’t make a huge amount of difference to my French. Actually, the lessons were really easy to follow, […]

Over 50 Course
In a nutshell the Over 50 French course in Nice was fantastic. Expectations were met in every way. The lessons were excellent. I was placed in a lower level as I was having problems the first day, but it was also recognized right away and the class I was placed in was excellent. The teachers […]
