All students are encouraged to make the most of their time in Milan by participating in the guided excursions and activities offered by the Italian language school. Milan and its surrounding area offer an unlimited variety of leisure activities, which our students might undertake by themselves. The school offer leisure activities as well and organised on a regular basis.
Every month the school distributes a calendar of cultural activities. In this way participants will always be well informed concerning exhibitions, concerts, films, and other events.
Milan and its surroundings offer an almost unlimited variety of activities. We believe that only attending lessons is not enough to truly learn Italian, and so every month, our cultural department organizes a wide variety of activities for our students.
Most activities take place outside lesson hours and are a wonderful opportunity to meet and get to know other students.
On the first day of school, students receive detailed information about our programme, and every week the secretary will announce the planned excursions and activities.
Every month, our school gives out a calendar of cultural activities. In this way, students are always well-informed about concerts, art exhibitions, films at the cinema and other events. For weekends, we give out special brochures to help you organize your own activities. The secretary can also help you to organize your sporting activities.

Activities outside of college:
Milan is extremely rich in art collections and has a fantastic selection of tourist sights to keep you busy. Milan’s tourist highlights begin with the magnificent gleaming white Duomo. The immense gothic cathedral took over 500 years to complete, and a trip up to the roof is an unmissable experience. You can sunbathe amongst the marble pinnacles and enjoy a view as far as the Alps.
Next to the Piazza del Duomo is the famous Gallera Vittorio Emanuele. This is an elegant nineteenth century glass covered shopping centre. Milan is also rich in art galleries; some of the best include Pinacoteco Ambrosiana and Pinacoteca di Brera.
You must view Leonardo Da Vinci’s famous Last Supper in the Santa Maria della Grazie. Depending on your interests you may want to pay a visit to the most famous opera house in the world, La Scala. There are regular showings of operas and ballets such as Madame Butterfly and Swan Lake.
You may prefer watching a football match at the San Siro Stadium home to both AC Milan and Inter Milan.
For a pleasant evening stroll the Brera area is one of the nicest places to wander, dropping into enticing bars and restaurants along the way.
