Host family accommodation is perfect for students that want to fully immerse themselves in the Spanish language and culture whilst learning Spanish in Seville. The families which host students are selected on several criteria: location, quality of the lodging, furniture, equipment and food. Families are also selected based on their hospitality and positive feedback from students. This option is available as breakfast only, full-board or half-board (which in Seville means breakfast and lunch).
Weekly laundry and cleaning are included. Although you will have your own key to come and go as you, please, you will have to respect some rules and schedules, especially for mealtimes. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Ideal for students who want self-catering accommodation with the opportunity to meet and socialise with other language students. The residence halls are in the heart of the historical and commercial centres of Seville and within walking distance of the schools. Each residence contains single or double rooms. They are fully equipped, self-catering and include a kitchen, a large living room and all necessary equipment. Students have communal use of the living room, kitchen, bathroom, self-catering. Room cleaning and bed linen change once a week included. NB: Please bring your own towels.

Two historical buildings that contain furnished and fully equipped apartments and studios in Seville’s centre. The historic mansion is situated on a pedestrian street and have been completely renovated and modernised. The old architectural features have been preserved (patios with marble columns, ceramic tiles, floor tiles, ceilings, etc) to blend with the contemporary style of its furniture. The surroundings have changed a lot over the last few years. The Alameda de Hercules is now a large promenade for outdoor leisure, surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s one of the city’s most fashionable areas for going out at night and many of the historic houses around the Alameda have been renovated and returned to its previous splendour.

Apartments:
The apartments are luminous, bright, tastefully furnished and have air-conditioning, heating, elevator, TV and washing machine. The communal roof terrace and patios offer a pleasant environment for relaxing outdoors. Each apartment consists of living room and fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom. All apartments are a different shape and are between 50 and 60m sq in size.

Studios:
The studios have either individual or double rooms including fully equipped kitchenette and own bathroom. They all have air-conditioning, heating and TV. The communal roof terrace and patios offer a pleasant environment for relaxing outdoors. Wireless internet is also available throughout the building. Each studio measures between 20 and 30m sq.

Perfect for students that want to fully immerse themselves in the Spanish language and culture whilst learning Spanish in Seville, but who prefer the independence of self-catering accommodation. This accommodation is carefully selected on a variety of criteria. This option gives you complete freedom and gives you access to all facilities, kitchen, bathroom, etc. This formula is an excellent solution for those looking for independence, but who still wish to practise Spanish in the home.

Shared flats are offered to students by local Spanish people who are eager to share their apartment with language students. As with host families, this accommodation is carefully selected on a variety of criteria. This option gives you complete freedom and gives you access to all facilities, kitchen, bathroom, etc.

Arrive: Sunday PM
Depart: Saturday AM

Students choose to fly to Seville airport and then take a taxi or bus to their accommodation or fly to Malaga and catch the bus to Seville (ask CESA for further advice on this option). You are welcome to take the college transfer service at additional cost from Seville airport to your accommodation (one- or two-way service offered).
